C&D Construction Management Company has successfully finished the major framework of the first plot of the largest resettlement housing project outside the island in Xiamen

Recently, the largest resettlement housing project outside the island of Xiamen, the Jimei Chenjing Pubian Chao Yao resettlement housing project, which was built by C&D Construction Management Company, ushered in the successful topping out of the main framework of the first plot (JA-2 plot). The project is situated in the northeastern region of the CBD area in Maluan Bay's New Town Center Island. It encompasses a vast land area of approximately 141,800 square meters, with a total construction area spanning about 764,900 square meters. It mainly constructs 4533 resettlement houses.
